We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if not, no worries! We are happy to issue a full refund in the original form of payment if you aren’t satisfied. We’ll even cover the cost of shipping the item back. Simply let us know you are returning the item within 30 days of delivery.* 

To initiate the return process, please Contact Us and enter your order information. Print and affix the prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off to your nearest shipping center. Once we receive your item, please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to process. If you have any questions, contact us at support@voilapets.com.
