It is a good treat pouch, easily accessible, stays open, easy to wash; however, I don't know if it is just the one that was sent to me or not but the pouch did not seal all of the way and there is a gap meaning the treats cannot be left in there or they will get hard if you are using soft treats. However, when contacting customer service Richard immediately sent a replacement and worked with me.

Where do I even begin. First off if I could give this company and treat pouch/belt more reviews I would! This treat pouch and belt are such nice quality, easy to wash/use, so convenient, and very durable! I love that the belt is easy to adjust and clip on! Along with how well made the treat pouch is! It is easy to open (keep open) and close (keep closed, the ziplock inside is GENIUS, and I love that you can use it for water when out and about, if needed! Also, this company has such AMAZING service! They kept me updated and were so, very kind! I couldn’t recommend this company and their products more! If you’re looking for a treat pouch, this is the company to get one from!
1. Lubricate the pouch when it becomes slightly difficult to open or close.
2. Locate the holes at the bottom of each corner. Insert the tip of the supplied oil tube and squeeze a drop or two of oil while holding the pouch upside down.
3. Open and close pouch to distribute the oil evenly.
Note:
Some oils may damage silicone. We recommend using only supplied lubricant.
Dishwasher safe.
Use lukewarm water and mild detergent for best results.
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals.

ATTACH THE BELT Easily attach the Adventure Clip to the belt by sliding it down.
CONNECT THE BUCKLE With the buckle’s pointed tab facing left, lift the clamp and thread the belt
through the buckle from the bottom. Wrap it around the black bar and pull to adjust to desired length.
SECURE THE BUCKLE Thread the belt’s excess length through the elastic loop. Lock the buckle in
place by connecting both ends until you hear an audible click. The Voilà logo should face out.
RELEASE THE BUCKLE Press both brass tabs simultaneously.
